Standard Delivery (Est. Delivery 3-8 Business Days) Free for qualifying orders

 

Booked and Busy (Est. Delivery 2-3 Business Days)

These delivery times are not inclusive of processing time. Processing can take between 1-7 days depending on demand and capability. Lead times will be visible on the site throughout the year.  

 

Items can only be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order. Addresses cannot be modified once the order is in transit. For orders larger than $150 dollars a signature will be required for delivery.  Pine 617 is not responsible should the order be stolen or damaged due to being left outside in extremely hot or cold climates.

 

Orders cannot be delivered to hotels or P.O boxes or United States Territories. 

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we understand that sometimes the delivery process is not smooth. Please note that shipping times are estimates and once your order is in the hand of a courier we cannot change or alter the remainder of the delivery experience. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control. This includes delays by the carrier, weather, traffic, stolen or lost packages, or packages delivered to the wrong address. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or product exchange for free within the first 30 days of receiving the product. 

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and seals attached. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept used items. For this reason, if you are unsure about a scent we highly encourage you to purchase a discovery set before committing to a standard-size product. 

 

To return an item please email customer service at hello@pine617.com. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). After receiving an RMA number, place your items securely in their original packaging and mail your return to the address on your package.  

Please note that outside of the initial 30-day period the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Share the gift of perfumery with your guests and book a 2 hour fragrance workshop with Pine 617. Our perfumer will walk you and your guests through the history of perfumery and art of perfume making and grant them access to a comprehensive library of perfume making ingredients. All bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance.
