RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or product exchange for free within the first 30 days of receiving the product. 

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and seals attached. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept used items. For this reason, if you are unsure about a scent we highly encourage you to purchase a discovery set before committing to a standard-size product. 

 

To return an item please email customer service at hello@pine617.com. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). After receiving an RMA number, place your items securely in their original packaging and mail your return to the address on your package.  

Please note that outside of the initial 30-day period the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
