Coconut

Coconut trees are not a rare sight in lush Jamaica. Though the fruit is not native to the country, it is still present in many dishes. Our use of coconut is inspired by the dish Gizzada.

Dunns river is inspired by the waterfall it is named after. To really capture the emotion of the running water of the falls we’ve added aquatic notes with hints of salt.
